江西鈴格有色金屬加工有限公司成立于2015年1月，注冊資本1.6億元，系江鈴汽車集團與格特拉克（江西）傳動系統有限公司的控股子公司。

公司南昌總部占地面積為153畝，贛州分公司占地面積為50畝。擁有生產和管理人員400余人。

公司擁有先進的生產設備：力勁冷式臥式壓鑄機、熱芯機及重力澆注、低壓鑄造設備、臥式加工中心、塔式集中燃氣快速化鋁爐、壓鑄生產線、立式加工中心、立式銑床、浸滲及輔助設備、清洗機、殼體試漏機等先進的生產設備。匹配了德國Striko定量給湯保溫爐，配置了壓鑄件理化分析中心，X光探傷機，力學性能實驗室，三座標測量儀，快速光譜分析儀等先進的理化檢測設備。
The company has advanced production equipment: cool down type horizontal die casting machine, hot core machine, gravity casting, low pressure casting equipment, horizontal machining center, tower concentrated gas rapidness, die-casting aluminum furnace production line, vertical machining center, vertical milling machine, impregnation and ancillary equipment, washing machine, shell leakage test machine and other advanced production equipment. It is matched with the German Striko quantitative soup holding furnace, equipped with the die-casting physical and chemical analysis center, X-ray flaw detection machine, mechanical properties laboratory, three-coordinate measuring instrument, rapid spectrum analyzer and other advanced physical and chemical detection equipment.
